- Created global mobile smart phone & digital content strategy for a major CPG firm (in Partnership with Mars Advertising, the leading Customer Experience Management Agency in North America) that included activation partner IconMobile.

- Led a prestigious innovation grant award project measuring the contribution of marketing investment in advertising, promotion, global package design, trade promotion, in-store marketing to three year revenue using regression analytics. Results pinpointed performance areas that should be further invested/built out and others that should be discontinued. Created unique metrics that qualify for patent protection.

- Facilitated new Vision, Strategic Direction and Plan directives re-energizing the relationship between a leading CPG manufacturer and one of its top three retailers. New direction resulted in a commitment to greater overall support in 2012, and alignment on a program plan to reach the 2014 Vision milestone point.

- Completed end-to-end innovation platform creation that included significant reduction in time to market and the addition of a conceptual innovation capability. Created “use case” profiles for automated solution, developed new organizational roles and responsibilities that delegated decision making to operating management.
